A session lasts a total of 75 minutes. This includes a brief informal session before hand, 60 minutes of physical hands-on session and a short discussion after the session about your experience.

We are located in Ballyhea, Co. Cork only 3 minutes from the main N20 road and Ballyhea village, 10 minutes from Charleville and 20 minutes from Mallow. We are most easily accessed by car, parking is available.

Our policy requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If notice is given before this time, your deposit will be secured and moved to your new booking. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
